Important Notice Regarding Services to Children Birth to Three!!

Important Notice Regarding Services to Children Birth to Three!!    The Department of Economic Security/Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is making changes in how it provides birth to three services beginning in early 2011.  This is consistent with the AzEIP team based model already implemented for all families served by AzEIP contractors(for those children not eligible for DDD) and will expand the model to DDD's early intervention children (birth to three). Under the Qualified Vendor (QV) procurement process, DDD will contract for early intervention services as a team instead of with individual providers.  The changes will emphasize working together as a team, increasing access to services and enhancing coordination for families.

More information is forthcoming.  In the meanwhile, individuals may contact Ms. Linda Tasco at the DDD. She can be reached at 602-542-6829 or through email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
