The Arc of Tucson operates a Homewares Center that makes available, for free, household goods for needy people with developmental disabilities.  The Center is located at the Community Resource Center at 29 th and Swan in Building 12, use the West entrance. Map below.  Anyone who needs items like sheets, comforters, pillows, curtains, kitchen items, small rugs and the like can get these items through their Support Coordinator.

The Homewares Center is made possible by an innovative program run by Gifts in Kind International, which sets up partnerships between non-profit organizations and local retailers who donate items that are overstocked or out of season. The Arc of Tucson is fortunate to have a partnership with several retailers who sell nice quality goods so the items we have in the Homewares Center are of good quality.
