Who We Are
The Arc of Tucson is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving persons with developmental disabilities in Pima County, Arizona.
Our mission is to open the community for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are committed to speaking up for their rights and educating the public about the value that persons with disabilities bring to our society. Our vision is to create a future where all people have equal choices about where and how they live, learn, work and play.

Inclusive Practices Part 1:
All Means All: Uncommon Adaptations to the Common Core
This is a free special education workshop.
In the most detailed version of this workshop to date, participants will receive in-depth treatment of the process of delivering full, high-quality involvement with the general education curriculum for all learners, including learners who have the most significant individualities. Hands-on exercises will help participants truly experience the process of aligned adaptations. Digital resources will be shared. Join us for an informative and fun day.
